This might be the worst story ever to grace this pathetic site, but it stinks on so many levels that I had to throw it up here. A 16 year old girl in Florida is suing her school because she claims that the Pottery Club yearbook photo actually shows off her privates parts. She claims that she can't go back to school because she is incredibly embarrassed and upset.
Okay, I have to be careful with this one. As always, lets just re-hash the facts
of this one. 1) Teenage girl wears a really, really short skirt to school and apparently no underwear for school photo day 2) The mother is upset with the schools principle for still distributing the yearbook with the photo, instead of slapping her kid upside the head for the whole lack of underwear thing 3) The school administrators looked at the photo and are utterly convinced that the photo doesn't show anything, even though they know they're going to be sued 4) The girl and her mother are hiring an attorney and are going to sue for malicious defamation of character, and will probably win or at least settle for five figures and finally 5) When the girl is being interviewed by the TV News team, she's sitting on the couch with her legs open.
This is one of those stories that just makes you scratch your head and say* "Goddam, this Friggin world has gone crazier than an old Kayote looking for a squ-rrel, aint that right Cletus? Now, where be them Duke Boys?"
*if you were a character on the Dukes of Hazard (Best Show Ever)
